About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader who teaches, coaches, and provides direction to store crew members. Your primary focus is to maximize store sales through exceptional customer satisfaction and food quality. You will oversee shift operations across Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Additionally, you will actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. You will share responsibility for ensuring that all store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
