About the Role

The Shift Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position responsible for executing the company's brand strategy at the unit level. This role exists to strengthen the team's contribution toward achieving unit goals by recognizing the importance of our people. You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members while overseeing shift operations across our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.

In this position, you will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Your focus will be on maximizing store sales through exceptional customer satisfaction and food quality while ensuring that all store policies and practices are implemented and followed. You will work within a rotating 3-week schedule, typically working 45 hours per week, reporting directly to the Assistant Manager.
