About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our Front of House operations. This role is designed for someone with a proven track record in restaurant experience who is eager to take on a new challenge in a growing business. You will demonstrate passion and energy to develop team members, resulting in focused customer service and exceptional standards.
You will lead by example, taking responsibility for team work, motivation, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times. Your day will involve holding pre-session briefings, assisting in driving promotional activities, and supporting your team to upsell effectively. You will liaise with kitchen and door teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and handle any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
