About the Role

The Shift Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will not only lead your team to success but also roll up your sleeves to join in when needed. You will ensure that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during their visit.

During a shift, you will provide leadership to crew members and other managers to uphold our standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day involves planning for the shift, monitoring performance, and taking immediate action to ensure the team meets restaurant standards. You will also focus on safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety, managing inventory, and overseeing daily maintenance and cleanliness. You will lead your team, manage schedules, and drive exceptional customer service while working towards meeting specific shift targets and team goals.
