A successful Shift Manager leads their team to success while rolling up their sleeves to join the crew when needed, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer.
Day in the Life
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew members and other managers to uphold our standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets restaurant standards. You will be responsible for monitoring safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless handover.
You will also work to meet targets and help your assigned teams achieve their goals. Key areas of focus include maintaining food quality and safety, managing inventory, overseeing daily maintenance and cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in training and managing the schedules of team members.
