The purpose of this role is to make the lives of employees and guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. You will guide team members to ensure they complete assigned duties, serve safe and quality food, and maintain a high standard of customer service. This role involves strategic planning for restaurant success, interpreting financial data to deliver profit, and fostering a culture of recognition and development for all team members.
