The Dawkins Management Group owns and operates McDonald's restaurant franchises in Philadelphia, PA. About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will oversee safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.
We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for having fun while working. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred.
