About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are smart, have integrity, drive, and enthusiasm. You will be a key driver of brand values and standards, ensuring that every station operates to Tropical Smoothie Café's high expectations. Your day will involve coaching and training crew members, managing labor and inventory, and delivering "Unparalleled Hospitality" to every customer who visits.

You will interact with crew members, customers, and vendors while navigating a fast-paced café environment. The role requires a strong ability to multi-task and remain positive under stress, ensuring that the team is supported and the mission of a healthier lifestyle is met.

Work Environment & Schedule

Located at 156 12th Ave SE, Norman, OK 73071, this role offers flexible hours. You may be able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight, depending on café hours and availability.
