About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will join our Dunkin' team to coach Crew Members throughout their shift, executing operational Brand standards and delivering a great, friendly guest experience. You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate the team by celebrating successes and offering timely feedback.
When the store manager is absent, you will take command of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and safeguarding the store's well-being and employee safety. You will also train and coach staff on customer service best practices, Dunkin policies, and product knowledge, while identifying and nurturing talent within the team for potential advancement.

Stores are conveniently located around the Tampa Bay area.
