We are looking for a Shift Lead, Technical Support to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Support, you will be based in San Jose, CA in a fully on-site, in-office role working 5 days a week.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our deployed fleet and our operations teams. You will provide technical support to Control Center Operations Specialists, responding to system alarms to perform initial actions and managing remote monitoring of deployed units and final customer testing. Beyond immediate troubleshooting, you will analyze and identify the root cause of system inefficiencies or failures, while also managing and resolving customer performance issues.
As a leader on the team, you will mentor and train Control Center Operations Specialists and work with cross-functional teams to develop tools and automation. You will also be responsible for preparing formal documentation and training materials for system operations, acting as the customer advocate in both verbal and written communications across all levels of the organization.
