About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you'll be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. This role is responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present. You will step into a position where you can develop and increase leadership and management skills, fostering a sense of pride and ownership in your location.
