About the Role
As an Hourly Shift Leader, you'll be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. You will be responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present, ensuring efficiency and quality service. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and increase leadership and management skills, with a clear path to become an Area Manager or Director of Operations within a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees during assigned shifts
- check_circleDelegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies
- check_circleAssist in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service operations
- check_circleComplete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing and portioning
- check_circleAssist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- check_circleAssist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of store equipment and supplies
- check_circleAssist in daily and weekly paperwork and administrative tasks
Requirements
