About the Role
We are seeking a versatile, intelligent, and energetic Supervisor to join our professional and friendly team. In this role, you will work alongside a small team to oversee all aspects of the guest experience in our ice cream parlor. You will lead by example, uplifting employees during busy moments in our fast-paced environment while ensuring the parlor operates efficiently and profitably.
Your day will involve moving throughout the parlor and freezer areas to visually monitor food quality and service standards. You will verify temperatures, judge product appearance, and provide guidance to ensure consistency. As a liaison between team members and management, you will assign duties, support scooping staff, and assist in planning special events. Ultimately, you will ensure our parlor runs smoothly so that guests are having fun and creating nothing but great memories.
This position reports to the Mobile Parlor Manager.

Requirements
