About the Role
We are hiring a Shift Front Desk Supervisor/Night Audit to support our front office operations. The successful candidate will work a hybrid schedule, covering two Night Audit shifts and three additional Shift Front Desk Supervisor shifts.
The core of this position involves auditing and balancing daily transactions and reports with precision. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, responding professionally and courteously to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
Day in the Life
You will be responsible for understanding and performing all necessary audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy. Beyond auditing, you will operate all office equipment and execute any other duties requested by your supervisor. A key part of your success will be maintaining a positive work environment and upholding high guest satisfaction standards across all shifts.
