About the Role
The Shift Coordinator serves as a vital leader on the front lines, providing supervision and guidance to front-of-house restaurant staff. This role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of guest service and hospitality standards while managing the dynamic needs of the floor. You will act as the liaison between the team and management, observing daily operations to identify issues and implement solutions. The position requires a professional who can anticipate guest needs, exercise clear judgment in pressure situations, and model the hotel's high standards of service.
