Quad Packaging is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sheetfed First Press Operator to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. This is your opportunity to enhance your skills working with the industry's most advanced packaging equipment. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining multi-color sheetfed offset printing presses, ensuring printed materials meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production efficiency requirements.
This role operates on an 8-hour day shift (6 am–2 pm) and includes travel for initial training in Franklin, WI, and Spartanburg, SC. You will work within a culture that values ambition and excellence, where you can unleash your potential and make a lasting impact.

3–5 years of experience as a Sheetfed Press Operator. 2–3 years of experience as a Sheetfed Operator II. Experience with Heidelberg XL106 7-color LED w/ UV presses. Supervisory experience.
Skills: Sheetfed Offset Printing, Heidelberg XL106, Machine Repair, Preventative Maintenance, Lockout/tagout, Color Vision Testing.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
