About the Role
Quad Packaging is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Day Shift Material Handlers (Forklift Drivers) for our Franklin, WI location. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills working with the industry's most advanced packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. You will join a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration is key to achieving our goals.
In this position, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your day will involve gathering, filling, and preparing items for shipment, determining shipment methods, and managing palletizing and bailing operations. You will also be responsible for producing and affixing labels, protecting client products, and maintaining the baler room. The role requires operating powered equipment such as forklifts, clamp lifts, and automatic palletizing equipment, as well as performing cross-training as assigned.
The Facility
Our 250,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin, WI serves a diverse range of clients, including local breweries, grocery stores, yogurt producers, automotive part suppliers, and well-known battery brands. The plant features sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexo, die cutting, and custom folding/gluing capabilities, all supported by advanced inline quality control systems. The workspace is well-lit with natural and artificial lighting, climate-controlled, and impeccably clean.
Shift Information
This position operates on a Day Shift schedule from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required when needed.
