Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and administer delivery of Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and families
- check_circleBuild relationships with military leadership, community organizations, and corporate partners
- check_circleEnsure consistent delivery of SAF and IS U.S. services to all clients in the area
- check_circleCoordinate services to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals
- check_circleDevelop and manage budgets and expenditures for programs and services
- check_circleMonitor and report on program outcomes and results to ensure accountability
- check_circleConduct outreach through command meetings, education briefings, and presentations
- check_circleManage volunteer engagement program, including recruitment, training, and supervision
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, community organization, social/health sciences, or related field
- verified5 years minimum related experience in program management or related field
- verifiedU.S. citizenship required
- verifiedAbility to obtain a secret security clearance
- verifiedAbility to obtain a no-fee U.S. passport
- verifiedStrong computer skills
- verifiedPublic speaking skills
- verifiedAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- verifiedStrong interpersonal skills
- verifiedAbility to work well in an individual or team environment
- verifiedAbility to balance multiple priorities
- verifiedFamiliarity with military culture, regulations and protocol
