Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage and administer delivery of Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and families
  • check_circleBuild relationships with military leadership, community organizations, and corporate partners
  • check_circleUtilize Volunteer Connection Platform to manage, document, and communicate with volunteers
  • check_circleDevelop and manage budgets and expenditures for all programs and services
  • check_circleMonitor and report on program outcomes and results to ensure organizational accountability
  • check_circleSupport day-to-day operations and emergency needs of the Hero Care Center
  • check_circleRespond to emergency, surge, and disaster situations as needed
  • check_circleCoordinate services to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals through various support programs

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, community organization, social/health sciences, or related field
  • verified5 years minimum related experience in program management or related field
  • verifiedU.S. citizenship required
  • verifiedAbility to obtain a secret security clearance
  • verifiedAbility to obtain a no-fee U.S. passport
