About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site service for STC products at customer locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance.
Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving application issues both individually and as part of a team. You will execute preventative maintenance tasks to identify system faults, perform routine configuration changes, and conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades. Additionally, you will produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences and perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Requirements

- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedCertifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus
- verifiedIowa Fire License preferred
