About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance. The position also involves special project work, ranging from executing preventative maintenance to performing on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRespond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance
- check_circleDiagnose and resolve application issues individually and as a team

- check_circlePerform pre-deployment end to end testing of all upgrades and major modifications

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma required or equivalent
- verifiedFamiliarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedCertifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus
- verifiedIowa Fire License preferred
