About the Role
STC is seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance. The position also involves special project work, ranging from executing preventative maintenance to performing on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve application issues, documenting all system modifications and producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Securitas Technology is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: High School diploma required or equivalent; Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment; Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing; and Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus.
