About the Role
STC is seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. Our teams are responsible for providing on-site service for STC products at customer locations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, while also supporting special project work as needed.
In this role, you will ensure application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing issues both individually and as part of a team. You will execute preventative maintenance to maximize availability, perform routine configuration changes, and document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. The role also involves producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as performing pre-deployment end-to-end testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Requirements

- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- verifiedIowa Fire License preferred
