STC is seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and optimal system performance.
Your day-to-day will involve responding to trouble tickets, diagnosing and resolving application issues both individually and as part of a team, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. You will also perform routine configuration changes, document all system modifications through digital tracking systems, and produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and perform on-site installations of software updates and major modifications.
