About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. The position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance.
You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve application issues, execute preventative maintenance tasks, and perform routine configuration changes. The role also involves special project work, including on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications, as well as pre-deployment end-to-end testing. A key part of your day will involve producing quality technical documentation that explains the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployment for both technical and non-technical audiences.
