The Field Service Technician serves as the frontline representative for Murphy Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc., responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring the highest quality standards and delivery schedules. This role is critical to keeping heavy construction equipment operational in the field, requiring a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service.
Technicians operate primarily out of a company vehicle, traveling approximately 95% of the time to various job sites.
