About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to support our direct mail manufacturing operations in Cincinnati. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous flow of our production lines. You will serve as the technical backbone of the facility, responsible for maintaining facility systems, utilities, and specialized print and lettershop equipment.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise, a strong commitment to teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment challenges. Your day will involve a mix of scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting urgent issues, and collaborating with operators to resolve complex production problems. While the primary shift is Monday through Friday, you must be available for 24/7 support for urgent facility or equipment issues. Occasional travel to vendor locations, training sessions, or sister facilities may be required.

Requirements
