The Service Delivery Representative is a pivotal role designed to manage customer accounts and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. This position serves as the bridge between client needs and operational execution, particularly during the critical phase of new store openings (NSO).\n In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of store openings, ensuring all materials arrive on time and in perfect condition. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with inventory teams, store design, and construction groups to secure the right products, display fixtures, and supplies. You will act as a problem-solver, communicating with suppliers and vendors to resolve shipping or quality issues, while also advising Account Managers on orders in jeopardy. Beyond logistics, you will maintain planning systems, prepare status reports for clients and management, and participate in business reviews to drive continuous process improvements.
To ensure a complete career fit, our process is designed to help you understand the opportunity and demonstrate your capabilities. We look for candidates who display initiative and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. The journey typically involves connecting with our staffing experts to discuss your background and the specific needs of the role, followed by interviews that assess your organizational skills, analytical ability, and communication strengths.
