As a Service Center Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our service center, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of both manufacturing and field services. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between operational execution and strategic customer commitments. You will oversee performance metrics such as quality, on-time delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction while managing and developing a team of technicians and support staff.
In this position, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools to optimize workflows and reduce downtime. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Operations & Site Management to align capacity and resource planning with demand, as well as partnering with Product Management and Sales to support service offerings for our B2B clients. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, forecasts, and asset utilization to meet financial targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
