About the Team

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team, dedicated to supporting the RV and camping lifestyle. As part of the Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the specialized care their vehicles need while maintaining the high standards of the Camping World brand.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers initiating and processing repair service requests. Your day will involve working directly with customers to determine their specialized product needs and services, ensuring they are fully informed about the work their vehicles require. You will provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments and suggest add-on sales to enhance the customer experience.

A key part of your responsibility is keeping customers apprised of work progress throughout the service cycle. You will provide administrative support to the Service Department, utilizing computer systems for daily tasks and internet searches as needed. This role requires excellent organization and follow-up skills to manage department procedures and policies effectively. While the position is primarily administrative and customer-facing, it may involve physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. or moving up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices, as well as prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions, offering a total annual compensation range estimated between $50,000 and $75,000 or more, depending on skill sets, experience, and business needs.
