About the Role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, our mission is to create a unique and personal experience for every guest. This Server position is the face of that mission, focusing on delivering an atmosphere of fun, friendly service, and exceptional hospitality. You will be the primary point of contact for guests in the restaurant area, responsible for guiding them through their dining journey with enthusiasm and genuine connection.

In this role, you will engage guests through conversation, read the table to anticipate needs, and provide personalized recommendations on our extensive food and beverage menu. From the moment you offer a warm welcome to the final payment transaction, your goal is to ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Hiring Process

Candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years and possess valid certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by state laws and company policy. Prior experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required for all applicants.
