About the Role

Located in Washington D.C., this position offers a dynamic environment where you will be the face of our service. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverages, menus, ingredients, and prices to guide guests effectively. Your day will involve turning tickets and special requests into timely actions for the kitchen and bar, ensuring a seamless flow between service and production.

You will handle purchasing transactions, operating the cash register, accounting for daily sales, and managing payments and change. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation is essential, including clearing and resetting tables and performing closing clean-up duties.
