Perennial on Lockwood is a neighborhood-focused brewpub in Webster Groves, Missouri, dedicated to delivering genuine hospitality. We run a scratch kitchen led by Executive Chef Cameron Settle, serving dishes prepared with carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients. We are equally proud of our craft beer program, with most of our offerings made on-site by Brewer Chris Kinast. Our mission is to pair exceptional food, beer, and craft cocktails in a welcoming environment for all.
As the sun shines and our beautiful patio opens, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our team for patio season. In this role, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests, guiding them through our rotating menu of seasonal dishes and brews. If you love connecting with people, embracing a fast-paced environment, and sharing your thoughts with guests about craft beer and cocktails, this position is for you.
You will serve as the face of our hospitality, warmly welcoming guests and providing attentive service from start to finish. Your role involves clearly communicating daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties while recommending and selling craft beers with an up-to-date knowledge of flavor profiles and food pairings. You will collaborate with our kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing and beer releases, ensuring every guest feels the connection between our food and our craft.
