As a CACI-SOFETOPS Sensitive Activities Training Specialist, you will serve as a pivotal instructor and advisor within the Intelligence community. Your mission is to deliver expert instruction on Special Operations Forces (SOF) Sensitive Activities (SA) core competencies, leveraging a unique blend of academic, operational, and analytical skills. You will be instrumental in building operationally relevant training scenarios and professional development pathways that directly enhance the capabilities of 1st SFC(A) GX and ARSOF CSU units.
Beyond the classroom, you will advise on the updating and creation of Joint and ARSOF doctrine, policies, and procedures to support SA training, certification, and employment. You will play a critical role in supporting Operational Readiness Exercises across the spectrum of SA, ensuring deployed ARSOF forces are prepared to conduct sensitive activities effectively. This role requires continuous engagement with the intelligence community, operational forces, and interagency partners to maintain expertise in current tactics, techniques, and procedures, ensuring training content reflects the contemporary operational environment.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, it is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Graduation from Special Warfare Training Course (SWTC), Jedburgh Individual Training Course (JITC), or ASOT Manager's Course. Demonstrated experience conducting, supporting, and/or managing sensitive activities and the Joint Planning Process. More than 10 years of SA operational experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of specialized experience, or 10 years of specialized experience. Knowledge of SOF Operational Design and workflow.
