As an HBM PYE PDFA Engineer, you will join the Product Development Failure Analysis team to take next-generation HBM devices from design to mass production. This role exists to enable rapid production ramp and early time to market by focusing on product reliability and component failure analysis during new HBM product introductions.
In this position, you will leverage electrical and physical characterization techniques combined with AI tools and statistical analysis to identify failures introduced by fabrication and assembly processes, as well as testing marginalities. Your day will involve coordinating component-level improvement activities across Product, Process, Quality, and Test Engineering teams to resolve defect-related issues and optimize performance.
