As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Mobius, you will serve as the primary site manager, monitoring a variety of studies. This full-time position offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a significant impact as we strive to bring new therapies to those who need them.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of clinical trial support from planning and start-up through monitoring and close-out. You will collaborate with the VP and Manager of ClinOps to establish your project portfolio, monitoring schedules, and range of responsibilities. Your day-to-day involves building and maintaining strong relationships with investigators and their teams, identifying opportunities to help site staff produce high-quality data, and troubleshooting compliant solutions to clinical trial issues. You will also hold regular project meetings, manage status reporting to Sponsors, and assist with budgeting, timekeeping, and billing. As a self-empowered team player, you will be expected to challenge the team, ask questions, and wear multiple hats while utilizing various IT and study-specific tools.
This is a remote position focused on US-based projects. We are open to candidates residing in the Midwest, West, and Northeast. The role requires travel of 1-2 days per week, depending on the specific project needs.
