We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP / Network Engineer to lead the architecture and optimization of our enterprise voice and network infrastructure. With over 15 years of hands-on experience required, this role is critical for maintaining the reliability and performance of our large-scale communication environments. You will serve as the technical authority for VoIP technologies, advanced networking, and the resolution of complex voice quality issues.
In this position, you will design and architect enterprise VoIP and IP telephony solutions, leading the implementation of SIP, RTP, and call control protocols. Your day-to-day will involve managing dial plans, call routing, and call flow design while ensuring networks are optimized for real-time voice traffic and high availability. You will also lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA), mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise projects.
While deep expertise in general networking is essential, experience with Cisco contact center technologies (UCCE) is preferred. In this capacity, you will support and integrate Cisco UCCE solutions, working within ICM, CVP, and CUCM environments to troubleshoot and optimize call center routing and IVR systems. Additionally, you will ensure our voice and network architecture adheres to security best practices and compliance standards for data protection.
This is a 100% onsite role based in Atlantic City, NJ.
