About the Role
Walmart is expanding its workforce and seeking a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic local and regional team. In this fast-paced environment, you will utilize multiple craft skills—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling—to maintain and repair assets. Your work will support store associates by providing prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls and ensuring the safety and proper functionality of all serviced equipment. You will also play a key role in training store associates on equipment care and cleaning, reducing misuse and damage while upholding strict food safety standards to limit cross-contamination risks.

Requirements
- verified18 years or older
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedValid state-issued driver's license with clean driving record
- verifiedVocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade, or 7 years' experience
- verified1 year's experience using intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software
- verifiedEligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
