About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies for complex and niche technical roles. This position is critical for securing top talent in competitive government contracting environments, particularly for cleared and highly specialized IT positions. You will leverage advanced research methodologies, market intelligence, and cutting-edge tools to identify, engage, and secure candidates who drive our mission forward.
In this remote role, you will go beyond traditional recruiting by conducting in-depth research on industry trends and technical requirements. You will build and optimize high-quality talent pipelines, negotiate candidate engagement, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior sourcers, collaborate with recruiters and senior stakeholders, and enhance Maximus's employer branding to position the company as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space.
