Maximus is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies for complex and niche technical roles. This position is critical for securing top talent in competitive government contracting environments, with a specific focus on cleared and highly specialized IT positions.
In this role, you will leverage advanced research methodologies, market intelligence, and cutting-edge sourcing tools to identify, engage, and secure candidates. You will not only build and optimize high-quality talent pipelines but also mentor junior sourcers, share industry knowledge, and collaborate with recruiters and senior stakeholders to enhance employer branding. Your work will ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining rigorous compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action requirements.
As a remote team member, you will represent Maximus as an employer of choice in the government contracting space.
