Elastic is expanding its Federal Consulting Team to support public sector customers remotely, with opportunities to serve clients across the U.S. and internationally.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to government customers, guiding strategy, architecture design, and capacity planning in mission-critical environments. This role exists to deliver maximum value from Elastic products through expert consulting engagements. You will work closely with customers to architect, implement, and configure Elastic solutions, focusing on platform architecture and high-performance search and analytics. The ideal candidate is technically adept, proactive about self-improvement, and skilled in building strong, lasting customer relationships. You will also play a key role in team enablement by mentoring consultants and participating in the hiring process.

Certifications or expertise in technologies like Ansible, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Redis, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with network data, cybersecurity data, and system logs. Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Elastic certifications, such as: Elastic Certified Engineer, Elastic Certified Analyst, or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer.
