About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to work fully embedded within one of our global pharmaceutical clients, a company driving the next generation of patient treatment. As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be at the heart of their innovation, empowered to work with significant autonomy and ownership. You will support or lead Early and Late-stage clinical trials, leveraging advanced SAS programming skills and proficiency in CDISC standards (SDTM & ADaM) to generate and validate critical statistical deliverables.
In this hybrid role based in Pennsylvania (preferred) or New Jersey, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the client to manage project specifications, status, and inquiries. You will serve as a team player, adaptable to changing priorities, and ready to step into lead duties when called upon. Success in this role is supported by Cytel's consistent training, development, and behind-the-scenes support, ensuring you have the resources to succeed in a globally dispersed environment.
Hiring Process
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills alongside a deep understanding of the drug development life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Early Development studies, specifically with clinical endpoint data and pharmacokinetic data.
