In a fast-moving and increasingly complex world, L3Harris anticipates and rapidly responds to challenges with agile technology to create a safer and more secure future. Our product development staff drives the transformation of new designs into production reality, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation meets execution.
As a dynamic Electrical Engineer, you will lead and support electrical teams in the creation of new technological initiatives and advancements. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced company, bridging the gap between conceptual design and tangible product delivery. You will own the cost and schedule of design electrical programmatic tasks, perform earned value metrics reporting, and conduct rigorous component, subsystem, and system-level design trades and analyses.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with systems, mechanical, optical, software/firmware, and manufacturing engineering staff to ensure seamless integration. You will lead design reviews, create engineering development plans and documents, and make technically sound architecture decisions to guide development. Success in this position requires expertise in electrical/electronic analog and digital circuit design and the ability to derive specifications and create requirement flow-downs.
Many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. Applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
By submitting your resume for this position, you understand and agree that L3Harris Technologies may share your resume, as well as any other related personal information or documentation you provide, with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies for the purpose of considering you for other available positions.
