In a fast-moving and increasingly complex world, L3Harris anticipates and rapidly responds to challenges with agile technology to create a safer and more secure future. Our product development staff drives the transition where new designs become production reality, fostering an environment where innovation meets execution.
We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team and lead the creation of new technological initiatives. In this role, you will not only support electrical design teams but also own the cost and schedule of design electrical programmatic tasks. You will collaborate closely with systems, mechanical, optical, software/firmware, and manufacturing engineering staff to conduct component, subsystem, and system-level design trades and analyses.
Your day-to-day will involve leading and participating in design reviews, creating engineering development plans, and reporting Earned Value Metrics to programs. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make technically sound architecture decisions that guide development from concept to production.
Many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance, which may only be granted to U.S. citizens. Applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
By submitting your resume, you agree that L3Harris Technologies may share your information with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies to consider you for other available positions. We are an E-Verify Employer and maintain a drug-free workplace, performing pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks where permitted by law.
