About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (IC3) to design, develop, and operate backend services and platform components that improve developer productivity while strengthening platform security and reliability. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders—including SRE/Operations, Security, Product, and other engineering teams—to deliver features end-to-end. Your day-to-day will involve clarifying requirements, creating technical designs, implementing solutions, and ensuring robust automated testing, deployment, and operational support.

As part of our AI-first mindset, you will apply practical experience with AI-assisted techniques to enhance your workflow, such as generating and validating code suggestions, creating tests, and improving observability and runbooks. You will be expected to maintain strong engineering judgment while adhering to enterprise security and privacy requirements when utilizing AI tooling.
