AbbVie's mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow. We strive to have a remarkable impact on people's lives across several key therapeutic areas including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, as well as products and services in our Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.
We are seeking a motivated professional to support the late-stage process development of Antibody-Drug-Conjugates (ADCs) and other emerging conjugation modalities. This role is pivotal in advancing therapies from the lab to commercialization and regulatory submissions within AbbVie's development pipeline.
In this position, you will independently design and execute conjugation experiments, manage downstream operations such as Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) purifications, and analyze experimental results. You will work collaboratively with managers and key stakeholders to plan and communicate experimental timelines. Because ADC development is inherently interdisciplinary, you will quickly learn adjacent development areas to understand how they interface with conjugation process development, serving as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior scientists.
Applicants are encouraged to review the qualifications and submit their applications through our career portal. The selection process involves evaluating candidates based on their scientific background, technical fluency, and ability to drive collaboration within cross-functional teams.
AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, and serving our community. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background. For more information regarding our commitment to diversity and inclusion, please visit our Equal Employment Opportunity page.
