About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer II (SAP Basis Administrator) to join our dynamic SAP Technology Center of Excellence. This role is critical to ensuring the 24x7 stability, availability, and performance of our clients' critical SAP financial systems. You will serve as a key technical partner, bridging the gap between infrastructure and functional teams to maintain a robust SAP landscape.
In this position, you will manage the health of the entire SAP ecosystem, including ECC, BW/BI, BPC, and HANA. Your day-to-day involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting complex batch job failures, and managing change deployments via CHARM. You will also lead efforts in system refreshes, migrations, and patch updates, ensuring that high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed before they impact operations. Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve challenges and prepare systems for scheduled maintenance and disaster recovery exercises.
