We are recruiting an experienced roadway engineer to lead and support highway, street, and trail design projects within Utah and the West Region. Based in our Cottonwood Heights Office, this role operates under a hybrid remote work agreement, generally requiring three days in-person per week. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading roadway design for UDOT and/or other local governments, with a demonstrated ability to manage interdisciplinary coordination and mentor junior staff.
