HII's Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior RF Spectrum Policy Engineer to provide direct support to the Department of the Navy Chief Information Office. In this role, you will focus on national and international spectrum regulations, policy, and registration and coordination processes. Your work will be increasingly vital in a world that depends on well-coordinated, interference-free spectrum access.
You will actively participate in U.S. and International ITU meetings leading up to the next World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC), preparing inputs, editing others' contributions, and forming U.S. positions on agenda items of interest to the government customer. You will produce written and oral reports and liaise with program offices to understand current and future requirements. Additionally, you will direct the performance of analysis and develop requirements to ensure the regulatory compliance of satellite systems.
Our RESED team offers diverse opportunities ranging from international satellite coordination in space to countering IEDs. This position is a hybrid opportunity requiring some onsite work in Arlington, VA. We welcome applicants from across the country who are flexible and willing to relocate and work onsite as needed.
