We are seeking a Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to serve as a critical technical anchor for our production and sustainment programs involving advanced RF systems and sub-systems. This position exists to ensure the reliability and performance of complex RF hardware in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between engineering disciplines, diving deep into failure investigations and technical risk reduction. Your day-to-day involves analyzing system performance, isolating faults in WRA, LRU, and sub-system components, and developing robust analysis methods to prevent recurrence. You will collaborate closely with Systems Engineering and cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions that keep our programs on track.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Plano, TX, requiring an on-site presence. The role involves supporting multiple site locations as needed, with travel requirements up to 15%. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, specifically an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
